THE FEMALE RHYTHM

Weekly Space:
Refresh and Recovery

Starting
May 7

an eight week nervous-system-friendly-space
for women

The female body moves in cycles.
Modern life moves in speed, stimulation and constant outward demand.

Between the two, a quiet overload builds over time - often unnoticed.
It appears as exhaustion, inner tension, sleep disruption, emotional pressure or the sense of functioning while feeling increasingly disconnected from yourself.

REFRESH AND RECOVERY offers a conscious shift - back into the body,
back into regulation, back into your own rhythm.

Not by doing more,
but by allowing what is held - by pace, information density and continuous stimulation - to move, integrate and reorganize.

THE FEMALE RHYTHM PRACTICE

Breath. Movement. Somatic mindfulness. Conscious communication.
A body-based, regulation-oriented practice grounded in nervous system work, hormonal intelligence and communication science - restoring clarity, connection and inner stability.

Less inner pressure.
More space.
Clearer energy.

Deeper resilience.

An 8-week continuous group space - to reconnect, regulate and remain steady
in a fast, stimulus-intense world.

Come as you are.
No prior experience needed.

  • The Female Rhythm Weekly Refresh & Recovery

The Weekly Refresh & Recovery takes place in the beautiful Algarve, held in a quiet and consciously created space Monte Rosa, dedicated to slow and sustainable tourism. Surrounded by nature and stillness, the sessions unfold in a unique roundhouse - a warm, grounding environment that supports deep regeneration and reconnection.

The course runs over 8 weeks and is offered in two small groups:

    • Group A “Ground & Begin” - Monday, 11:00 (90 minutes)

    • Group B “Close & Release” - Friday, 11:00 (90 minutes)

Both groups share the same foundation, but differ in focus and direction.
The Monday group supports a grounded and clear start into the week.
The Friday group supports integration, release, and a conscious transition into the weekend. Choose the space that meets your current rhythm.

Each session is designed as a gentle, nervous-system-friendly space for women - supporting regulation, reconnection, and a return to your natural rhythm.

Contribution: 200 € for the full 8-week journey.

If you are unable to attend the complete course, individual arrangements may be possible - please reach out personally.

THE FEMALE RHYTHM

Experiential Space 01 - TO CYCLE

Working with cycles in a linear world

The female body moves in cycles.
Work is mostly organised linearly.

Between the two, a quiet overload builds over time - often unnoticed.

It may show up as PMS, exhaustion, sleep disturbances, withdrawal, health-related absences,
or the feeling of not being seen in one’s physical reality - despite competence and responsibility.

TO CYCLE opens an experiential space
in which this cyclical reality becomes visible
and the relationship to work begins to shift.

Not through increasing performance,
but through recognising what wome - and people with menstrual cycle - actually carry, feel and regulate.

Less compensation.
More clarity.
Earlier regeneration.
More stable connection.

This space brings together lived experience, practical tools
and biological knowledge about cycles, hormones
and nervous system regulation.

No prior knowledge required.

  • TO CYCLE brings together three elements:

    embodied experience
    practical everyday tools
    biologically grounded knowledge

about the cycle, hormonal dynamics and stress and emotional regulation.

  • Up to 80% of menstruating women experience cycle-related symptoms
(e.g. pain, fatigue or changes in concentration).

Around 45–50% say they are regularly able to work,
    but with significantly reduced performance
    (presenteeism).

    • Menstrual-related symptoms are among the most common, yet least addressed causes
of absence, withdrawal and quiet overload.

    • Studies show: It is not performance that primarily fluctuates,
but regeneration, stress processing and physical resilience.

  • When the cycle becomes visible rather than taboo:

Women feel taken seriously rather than needing to compensate.

Psychological and physical strain decreases earlier - not only once absence occurs.

    Connection and continuity grow stronger.

    Conflicts and withdrawal decrease.

Existing competence remains within the system.

Let’s connect.

If this space resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.

When work moves with the cycle
clarity, strength and sustainable impact unfold.

Living in alignment with the phases of the cycle -
rather than against them.

From this, connection, focus and a deeper sense of
inner steadiness emerge.
